We saw a vacant piece of land totaling about 40 acres as an opportunity to invest in our community and turn an eyesore into the gateway for our town. By rezoning the property and working closely with town officials, we were able to revitalize the site. It is now home to storage buildings, distribution facilities, and even retail buildings.
We found a hole in the storage market and were able to rezone the property to accommodate storage and fill the local need. The site consists of four buildings, each equipped with smart locks on every door. This enables us to efficiently remotely operate the facility while providing our tenants with the best experience possible.
